LST Part Positioner

Part positioners can increase robot access and reduce tool size and controls logic complexity

LST features a compact design, providing two motions for one cylinder. A choice of fixed tip angles: 11°, 22°, 31°, 39°, 45°. Treated steel tip plates provide weld spatter and corrosion resistance for durable operation in extreme environments.

Integrated 70mm or 100mm bore pneumatic cylinder.
Optional solid state cylinder switch, world switch, V-block switch.
Minimum 2-second cycle time.

MST is suitable for horizontal applications

MST offers the proven quality and durability of standard positioners, ideal for smaller applications. The MST’s tip plate lifts up 25mm and tips out 30°. The unit is capable of handling loads up to 30 lbs. with a maximum torque of 100 in-lb.
